Working on one project, why not start another...

The guest bath is one of the few last remaining large projects involving demolition and building. We want to re-tile the shower, add tile to the floor and to the counter top, similar to that of the master bath.

The demo work shows some damage from the roof leak (previous blog mentioned it). We didn't want to start this project until we had figured out where the leak had gone (found out about it in the house inspection when we bought it).

A little bit of mold, but not bad. Bleach water is a wonderful thing.

Now all of our toilet parts are in the garage, and the old sink insert. Believe it or not, the garage is more empty now then it was when we were painting the house...
